Please, don't be sad. The fact that things will always change is the one thing that will never change. You are MUCH better off accepting this as soon as you can, and learning how to use it to your advantage. There are many ways to do that, and it depends on each individual and the particular circumstances that brought them to the point where you now are, and so I cannot tell you HOW you can accept it, I can only advise that you MUST.

Evolution (change) is the force of the Universe. And the universe demands it. Everything evolves, so everything must change from the simple to the complex (genetics, the weather, emotions, economies, etc.). It is when that change ends that the institution, relationship, species, or your favorite TV show ends.

Though change is sad at times it is also a constant reminder that you are in fact alive. When you stop changing you will be dead.

Everything in the universe is constantly in motion. For things to stagnate and stay the same they would have to go against the order of nature. Everyday we are different, we are older, we have new knowledge, we look slightly different. If nothing was to change or end the world would be a dull place. everyone would know everything and everyone. there would be nothing new.

Nothing ends, but everything does change. The sadness will keep you self-absorbed. And waste time I think... Not that it's not valid, but you know what they say. You can feel what you feel, but "move your feet". In other words - Remember right effort and create something to be remembered so others may learn from it or be helped by it..

We would get very bored if things didn't change. Change can be stimulating, agonizing, frustrating, thrilling. Some people find it very difficult to accept change. If you can accept it (if it's a change for the good), go for the ride. It will make you grow in maturity, wisdom, etc.
