Yes, it is serious. Teenagers' hormones are at their peak, and one of their purposes is to make you want to have sex and make babies. Plus, teenagers' brains aren't fully developed yet and their judgment and self-control aren't as good as they'll be in their 20's. So what you're doing is 100% normal, just not safe.
As long as you can remind yourself constantly that what your bodies want you to do isn't in your best interest right now and is purely biological, you might be able to handle your current activities. But realisitically, I have to recommend that you stick to masturbating by yourselves and keep your clothes on around each other until you are both much older. Otherwise, it's guaranteed to go to far before you realize it. And pregnancy is permanent, no matter what you do about it.

.... and I'll be serious too!
That's not a weird question because your doubts and needs are common among teenagers.
Since we aren't all equal, probably your sex-drive will be higher than others girls and so you already feel & act different. My dear, any thing concerning sex & sexuality shouldn't be taboo as like as every body should live its own one without problems. It's normal you're curious towards penis as like as boys are towards vagina. Masturbating? Right a common event as the different plays that the friends do together in the closet. Do you want sex? I think you just could wait further for that. You're a girl and despite virginity gets no meaning nowadays, it could be better to live such event when more mature and with the right guy. There's no fixed time for sex and age isn't very important, but to avoid any caper and be sure to be able to face that event it's opportune still waiting. Ok?

My first real girlfriend was 14 when we started fooling around (I was 16). She too loved to look, examine and play with my penis. I never forced her to do anything and it worked well. She, too, masturbated almost every night. She would tell me the next day what she did and thought about. And I would share my experiences with her. We learned a lot about our bodies those 3 years plus. We didn't start making love until my senior year and had a few scares even though we took precautions. Up until then it was mutual masturbation and oral. That satisfied us for a long time without having to worry about pregnancy. BE CAREFUL!

dudette your only 13 years old your body isnt ready to have sex. there are major risks if you do like pregnancy not all Birth control is 100%. The masterbation is okay everyone does it, and right now at your age I think is the best thing for you. Keep the mind set of not having sex at this time dont let your BF pressure you into somthing you dont want to do or will regret later. Unfortunally us dudes only want one thing and sometimes we dont care what the consiquences are.
Be safe
be cool

At 13 you should not be getting naked with your boyfriend. Do you want a child yet or a STD? wait a few more years yet and you will enjoy it so much more.

Yes it is serious. Do not do those things with your boy friend, you are playing with fire. Stick to masturbating, its much safer and you will enjoy it more. Get some porn and toys and really start to enjoy your self.
