I keep bank records for 6 months. Car and house payments for a year and then I file them. Everything else unless it has warranty information goes in the trash..

Not ordinarily but, two weeks ago, Speedway double charged me. I had the most difficult time disputing it w/ them. I did have the receipt luckily but, still it takes weeks to get it sorted out! I'll save mine so this doesn't happen again.

Sometimes. I dont keep the ones from the grocery store, but I keep the ones from major purchases.

My mom does but she would have to clean out her purse every week on how much we go shopping. We always run out of bread so that's why.

I do for a couple of months and then I shred them. My boyfriend, however, keeps them for 7 years for tax purposes. But I don't know why because he isn't a millionaire or anything. I dunno.... whatever floats yer boat!
