These are Russian coal terms. a good reference book would be "Quality Specification of Russian Coal Products" http://www.rosugol.ru/eng/index.html This paper is helpfull but not all of your terms are defined: "An Introduction to the Russian Coal Industry1" http://www.mma1.com/company/pdf/papers/An%20Introduction%20of%20the%20Russian%20Coal%20Industry.pdf

Some meanings I could find:

K - Bituminous with 80 to 90% carbon (Coking coal) http://www.russian-coal.ru/eng_mark_k/don.html
T - Hard coal, low in volatiles, dry burning (Lean)
P - Intermediate grade, non-agglomerating (Semi anthracite)
OS - Low in volatiles, high calorific value (Hard caking)
SS - Subbituminous (Poorly caking)
