Hi 5, buddy! I went through the same thing at the beginning of this summer... This is actually laziness! You just become so comfortable with your life, that you don't need to keep looking for improvements ( that's what happened to me) ... Mind what I said: comfortable not happy! You know what I did to get out of that state? I got a job, a summer internship at a language school... At first I wasn't sure about it, but weeks passed and the feeling I had, the feeling of "doin' something"...of "being involved" ( even if it was just an internship) made me snap out of it! ( Not to mention that I got to know great new people and practice my english)

Perhaps your old routine was getting a bit predictable. Perhaps a change would do you some good. Either a change in the way you approach cleaning, working, or going to school; or a new activity, which you might find more personally fulfilling might be a good idea.
We tend to keep doing what we are already doing - such as sitting around, unless there is a good reason why we should move into a different direction.
If you can think of a small change, something not too intimidating, it might get you moving.
Could you involve some of your friends or acquaintances in something like a get-together, picnic, nature walk, volunteer work? A change of routine might make you happier to do the things you must do.

I think you need to find some meaning in your life to get you motivated. You can find that meaning in a lover, a friend, a future goal, religion, whathaveyou.
(Man alive! That sounds like some advice Dr. Phil would give. But I stand by it nonetheless.)

Nothing got me more motivated about life than my KungFu class. Look you have to find something that you always wanted to do and then take some advice from those people and it will lead you to where you want to go.

You want to feel LIKE IT WAS: so you have to determine what that point was at which things changed: what made you lose all that motivation. Start with that, and you will start to see a solution to this problem.
