No, sperm can not clog a toilet! Sperm can not clog a sink or a bath tub either. It won't clog your arteries if you swallow it, as a matter of fact it is a protein and is not unhealthy for you. Sperm can not clog a toilet, but the amount of toilet paper a guy might use when cleaning up his penis, etc might clog a toilet, or a towel, face cloth anything like that when cleaning up after masturbation.
