has anyone had a ghost encounter?

I was 12 at the time of my first encounter I was laying fast asleep next to my little sister at the time she had claimed that she kept having a man wake up to her at night and shake her, so mum sent her to sleep with me, I had awoken to a strange noise, and turned around, the first thing I saw was our fan, whiched seemed to of been lifted from the ground and the protection cover taken off, it was facing my little sister, as if the ghost was trying to harm her, I stood still, unable to fully understand what was going on, I was frozen with fear, but out of no where my father enters the room and turns on the light, the fan drops to the ground and everything becomes normal, my father said he woke up from a bad dream about my little sister dying and he came to check up on us.....To this day I still dont know fully what happend this night, but this is my personal expereince

Yes and this is a TRUE experience I had.
We lived in a house that an old lady had lived in, bought it at an auction. I raised four children in this house and many many weird things would happen, usually during the summer. What started it off was when we were cleaning a storage area under the stairs in the basement and found a picture of an older woman from probably the late 1800's or early 1900's, you could tell from the waymonths ago - Report Abuse she was dressed. We gave that picture to the relatives of the lady who previously owned the house thinking it was one of their relatives, but found out it was her mother-in-law. Also found out that the husband had shot himself in the head in our bathroom. The older lady was found laying in the bathroom and had died we assumed in the hospital, that is why the house was sold. To make a long story of 27yrs shorter I will tell you of many weird things that ocurred during this time we lived there. Shortly after we removed that picture from under the stairs my children, two of them on different occasions, complained they had seen an old lady standing at the end of the hall, glowing and dressed the same as that lady in the picture. I really thought they were just dreaming and tried not to believe them. Here are some things that also happened over the years: I sometimes would wake in the night hearing faint voices that sounded like they were far away, my dog barked at a corner in our living room looking up at the ceiling and nothing could be seen, pictures would fall off the wall for no reason a couple times, a shelf came off and everything on it broke into pieces in another back bedroom of my son as we were arguing in the living room and all glass things on it broke but the other shelves remained, my teenage daughter was alone watching tv and something seemed to pull her hair so she went into the kitchen and all the cabinet doors were standing open, I would hear noises in the basement while upstairs like something falling to the floor, sometimes at night as I was falling to sleep it would seem as if someone was rubbing real easy on my legs. Just things like this but one time we took a polaroid picture of my small son and on it near him was like a fire but it had a face of a demon. No one ever hurt us and things didn't happen often enough to scar me enough to move but I'm sure we had a few spirit visitors. Yes after this I do believe in ghosts and spirits. This is a very true experience of my life and I hope you believe me.

Yes I was setting in the back section of a restaurant one evening the only one in the room was my husband and I. When we got up to leave I felt a person brushing against me as if passing by and I got a very calm feeling all over my body. My husband was walking in front of me so it could not have been him, as I thought about it I felt that my late father had come to see me since I had mover over 2000 miles away from where he was buried. And now every time I get really stressed or sad I have that same feeling and I know my dad is watching over me..

More of a ghostly feeling. I was alone in my room when i suddenly felt that i wasn't alone anymore. I looked around me and saw no one. And then the light on the ceiling was becoming brighter. It really scared me. I turned off the light and went to bed afraid to open my eyes and trying to convince myself it was just my imagination. Probably it was because it didn't happen again.

No, nobody has had a ghost encounter because there are no such things as ghosts.
There are a lot of people with runaway imaginations who make claims but they are all false.

No there are no ghosts as in back from the dead.Don't you find it strange that most people even have phones with cameras on them but there are no pictures of ghosts that are in any way convincing?.

Yes. And so have my birth family, my ex-husband and my grandma. I think one must be psychically sensitive to experience this.

Yes all to many times.. And being a paranormal researcher and working as a ghost hunter.. It is my job to confront them and ask them to go politely.................... As for demons it takes a hell of a lot more to get rid of them.......................................
