Rock and rap are many times shown as being finished opposites, yet have roots in ordinary. the two derived from African blues; regardless of the undeniable fact that, as rock grew out to a speedier, louder sound persevering with the custom of finished song with heartfelt lyrics, rap developed underground, gaining recognition on a non-mainstream sense. Now, rock sees rap as having no musical high quality. Why? it particularly is in part with the aid of concentration. Rock many times makes a speciality of three issues: emotions, beat, and song; on occasion, the song is exceptionally a lot extra significant than the lyrics (i.e., they could be Giants' "do no longer enable's commence"). Rap, on the different hand, focuses extra on emotions and beat than song. Rock enthusiasts omit the song and subsequently resent the rap.

Beastie Boys
License to Ill is a great album.
Kid Rock has a lot of guitar too.
I am not a big fan of rap either as there is no melody, and every video is almost exactly the same, hot babes, and cars, and partying.
But I do like Beastie Boys, and Kid Rock

There is no such thing as good rap, stay with ROCK!!!!!! Rap is just like someone talking with a beat in the background. Rock actually takes talent and speaks to you.
