Red Eye has almost no gore and it pretty scary at times..
I was going to say 28 days later but that pretty much takes the cake for gory.

I like Silence of the Lambs....not a whole lot of gore but some...there is just something about Anthony Hopkins playing that role of hannibal that I love!
