I tried writing him a letter after reading his biography, but my letter was rejected because I had no specific address. Even a P.O. Box? Thanks.

Contact the publisher of his biography, who can forward it to him. I know someone who corresponded with Major Winters in this way.

You can try on-line web-sites, do a google.com search, but honestly, it's kind of inappropriate to ask for a stranger's address in a forum like this. Any respectable friend of Major Winters would reject your query. If Major Winters wants to be on contact with others, you will be able to find him on a web-site.

If it was in the newspaper send it to them to forward.

Otherwise try looking it up in the phone directory, if it's listed you may find him. Here is the link for his name in Hershey you will just have to go through them all but it may not be something he wants.

You also need to respect his privacy.
