Under CA law, the tenant has 5 days to move once the eviction order is given by the court. At any time from the 6th day onwards the sheriff can show up and remove the tenant.

Better be prepared to move out. You'll feel better about leaving if you do it first and with dignity. Don't wait for the sherrif. And don't trash the place. You can turn a loss into a learning experience.

once they have judgment it depends on how busy the local sheriff office is, since they are the ones who will physically remove you from the house anywhere from a few day to ten days most likely
