We have a small kitchen. It's too hot to cook in there so we do a lot of BBQing. When we make food inside it's usually a salad and crackers or toast. I like going out, but it mounts up $$$.

Well, first of all,the weather is not hot where I live. It's never really hot although I don't have to go far to find hot. Second, I hate cooking, and I used to eat out all the time, but now that I'm retired and on a different income I've decided to rattle the pans again. I usually cook a chicken and make some kind of meal out of it that lasts for three or four days. I just finished up a chicken soup that was pretty darn good I have to say. I think I'll make some kind of salmon dish for the next couple of days. Yum! And then of course on the weekend I go to my daughter's house and she fixes the most amazing meals. Yum! Yum!

I am into Ceramics and I made a plaque that says, "Keep Your Kitchen Clean Eat Out!" This was an incentive for my husband. Smile And today there are alot more alternatives for healthier dishes than there was years ago at restaurants. But I love salads and usually experiment making different salads when the weather is hot. Or Eat Out! Smile.

I do not have the finances to be able to eat out all the time. And I prefer to cook. Last week I cooked a turkey breast and dressing and potatoes and cranberry, and have been having left overs and turkey sandwiches, when it is really hot.
In fact just this morning I made a Tamale :Pie, will pop it in the oven later and again have leftovers, and put some in the freezer for later on.
Did stop for a Personal pizza, for lunch yesterday. Eat out occasionally, maybe once every week or two.

Some of both. It depends on what I'm in the mood for. I prepare a lot of food at home, because I don't know who is handling the food, that I get other places.
I try to eat a lot of salads, that have chicken in them. I also like to cook, so I don't think about the hot weather, as long as I'm in air conditioning, I can deal with it.

My husband complains that using the stove makes the house too hot, so during the summer, I give the microwave a work-out! We don't eat at restaurants any more during the summer then we do in the winter. Restaurants are a once-a-week treat.

Both. Depends on how I feel. I like to eat at home more because I know the meals will be nutritional. I was bad yesterday and ate a Jerry's steak n cheese with onions. Then I ate some Lindt's chocolate candy bars. Hardly any veggies or fruit. Oh wait, I did eat a peach with my morning cereal.

I live in Vegas. I eat at home. Just too hot to go out and deal with the millions of things to deal with in the arid desert.

I get microwavable meals, power bars and other convenience foods and eat at home. Getting out in the heat is something I do not want to do very often, I shop at night or have my sons shop for me in the summer time.
