Why is one test "worse" than the other?

Blood testing is a much more intrusive procedure. Blood needs to be drawn out with a needle, while urine is just expelled by the player.

Contract dictates what is done in sports and at the work place.
Negotiate a change but takes time and possible strike again.

Well DUH the blood test may detect something that a Urine test won't find. I think they can find HGH with a blood test, and they don't with urine.
