You know, using MySpace and what not I get a lot of underage girls trying to add me as a friend...I'm starting to feel bad for them by denying their request...I don't want to flirt with them or violate them...but is it illegal to even talk to them online? Im Afraid that if I do talk to them and we get into a fight they will call the cops on me...so im being cautious

My biggest fear is after talking to them and being sure that I didnt flirt with them...that what if we get into a fight and they lie and call the cops on me or make up a fake log saying I said sexual things to them...is it illegal to say sexual things to them? I do watch "To Catch A Predator" on dateline and it seems all the guys who get nabbed get nabbed for meeting up with them after saying sexual things to them...so im a bit confused

I would suggest that if you know they are under age that you just plain don't do it.
First of all I would be very careful who you flirt with on line because you don't know for sure of their age, it could be an undercover sting operation, and you might be the one caught.
MySpace to me should be used to talk with friends, post general How are you, thinking of you, we saw this band that might, etc.... but not as a pick up place, because you really don't know who anyone is.
Good Luck

Without playing games, don’t be available 100% of the time or let your life be an open book. A man that comes on too strong or doesn’t have outside interests will scare a woman away just as much as it would if the circumstances were reversed. Read here https://tr.im/qR3m3
Women don’t want to feel as though they are completely responsible for your happiness and that is what it feels like when the other person has no outside interests. Men who are overeager or jump when the woman says jump are the ones who are more likely to end up in the friend zone. This doesn’t mean that you should play the game of not calling for a few days; it means that you should set healthy boundaries until you both naturally find a spot for the other in your lives.

If you wish to become more appealing for a woman you will need that book https://tr.im/Q4Ntu , The Tao of Badass which can “transform you” right into a man who attracts all of the women.
The Tao of Badass is a famous step-by-step system for picking up girls that is proven to work for anyone. Regardless of age, looks or how new you're about women. The system teaches you just how to become ‘that person'who's needed by lots of women.
The Tao of Badass it does allow you to ‘that person'by arming you with the data of why you have to be like ‘that guy'although providing you all of the pick up abilities you will need to become ‘that person'who girls are attracted to.

It's not illegal to talk to underage girls. It is probably illegal to say anything sexual to them. If they called the cops on you they would have to have proof, in the form of chat logs or emails, that you were saying inappropriate things.

You can talk to underage kids online but remember that EVERYTHING you say can and will be used against you in the court of law.

It is only illegal when the content of your conversations are sexual , perverted and are too personal... I think you are doing the right thing by not adding these young girls...There are plenty of other adults you can talk to on myspace!

Because of the many problems with perverts on MySpace, it is monitored very carefully. Unless you want to talk to Chris Hanson on Dateline, just deny them. You are smart to be cautious. I don't even use MySpace.

Long as its only online your more than welcome to talk t them i would keep it clean though. And alot of tv networks seem to be having fun trying to get get child molestors out in the open on national telivision to arrest them so i would just say keep it friendly but not physical in any means.
