Ryan:

He did none of this. Those that worked under him accomplished these things with the help of the public servants of NYC. He only took the credit for these things just like he took the credit for his so called 911 heroism. Rudy is a scam and according to you're answer a great deceiver..

No. but I can tell you why he would make a good dictator.

Giuliani is arrogant, a bully, bigoted, ill tempered and a womanizer. He divorced his 2nd wife, Donna Hanover, by announcing it at a press conference instead of telling her in person first. He was having an affair with an aide while living at Gracie Mansion & while still married and mayor of NYC while taking credit for all the good things that were done by others in “the city”. He fired William Bratton; the police commissioner in 1994 when he found out he made the cover of Time magazine because he (Giuliani) wanted to take the credit for the innovative crime fighting. I lived in NY during his dictatorship, and believe me; I would not want him as president. His character is far worse than Bush & Clinton's worse faults rolled into one, if you can believe that's possible. Even his own kids don’t talk to him, now, what does that tell you? His name should be Mussoliani as he governs by spreading fear.

As for 9/11…. he’s no hero, he just happened to be in the right place at the right time. The real heroes of 9/11 were the NYC firefighters & police plus all the other rescue workers from the surrounding tri-state areas who voluntarily came to pitch in & help us.

It has also been recently discovered that he had mob ties & that his father was a convicted felon. I’m sure as time goes by more skeletons will come out of his closet.

ok - enable's bypass in the process the checklist: a million - financial accountability: NYC replaced into hopelessly in debt whilst he took workplace. whilst he left, the funds replaced into balanced. 2 - previous activity consequences: Dude, NYC replaced into an entire mess whilst he took workplace. I stay approximately 80 miles from there and that i does no longer bypass in. EVER. by the mid-90s, the city replaced into cleanser, extra secure, and that i even took my relatives there. 3 - downsizing: NYC moved extra human beings from Welfare to paintings then any man or woman state. 4 - working with the "enemy": He did ought to handle Congress interior the early years using NYC's financial matters. maximum severely, he had to handle an overwhelmingly Democratic city Council to get issues carried out and he did. 5 - basic adventure: Who in this container has had extra accountability? no one. Who in this container is familiar with the regulation extra powerful? no one. He replaced right into a Federal prosecutor in vast apple and took down the mob! Who in this container has his consequences? no longer even close. GOP analysis: McCain is a effective guy with a undesirable temper. he's likewise too previous for the activity. He has additionally quite alienated extremely some the country along with his help of amnesty. Thompson quite did no longer accomplish something on a similar time as interior the Senate. then returned, neither did John Kerry and he very almost gained. Huckabee sounds like a effective guy from Arkansas yet we've been there, carried out that. Romney has too a lot history of being on the different aspects of the matters from the place he stands now that he's working for president. Giuliani, for his glaring marital faults, is a consequences-oriented guy with actually consequences. no one interior the sphere has had extra accountability and carried out extra with it. I easily have a annoying time on a number of his extra liberal stances, yet i'm prepared to look on the completed image and this guy stacks up extra favorably than the others. There are no longer any Democrats that would degree as much as him the two.

I have to say Rudy Giuliani would make a great President for a few reasons:

1) He cut crime by over 50 percent in NYC when mayor.

2) He cut 23 taxes while serving as mayor.

3) He cut the number of people on welfare by over 30 percent.

4) He took a crippling deficit and made it into a surplus by cutting the size of government.

5) He has a respectable immigration policy that is fair but not a blank check.

6) He has shown he is willing to stand up to unions and not let them call the shots.

Evidentially no one else but Rudy has a teenage daughter. What better way to tick off dear old dad then to show interest in dad's toughest rival.

Every time Rudy Giuliani’s faults and mistakes are emphasized it reinforces my belief that owning up to one's own mistakes reinforces and strengthens his already strong character. He is one of the few political candidates that actually comes across as a normal human being.

The comment he made in Cincinnati should have been said following these little five words "in my capacity as mayor" I was at ground zero even when I was not physically there.

The critics who opposed Giuliani are politically motivated (and probably paid) to be so wrong. These are the people who have much to loose when Giuliani wins this election

I can tell you why he cann't make a good president because there are better candidates in the field than him! His instant reaction to the chaotic situation after 9/11, he was duty bound as Mayor of the city but highly appreciated still, alone cannot be the only factor to support him!

I can't tell you why Rudy will make a good president. To much dirt on him.

His own daughter doesn't suppor him. Therefore we *KNOW* he must be the right man for the job.

On 2nd thought, i'll go along with the daughter.
