If they think God hates anybody who is not just like them, then they basically hate most of the world. So why would you vote such a person into office?

Generally, religion is nobody's business. But these people are dangerous; they WANT the world to end; and it's time to make a concerted effort to weed them out and actively discriminate against their political ambitions for the same reason you would discriminate against somebody who thinks black people should be in shackles. It's a sick view of life that, as history shows, perpetuates war and hate.

Remember that when you look at a Mike Huckabee or Tom Tancredo.

This is exactly why Church and state need to be separate.

They seem to have the attitude that they are better than everyone else.

One of Reagan's advisers had said the Christians are the easiest group to dupe in an election, and he was right. Just keep stringing them along with promises of banning abortion that'll never get fulfilled and you'll have 25% of the population voting for you every election cycle.

Yes, it's unfortunate that they have gotten involved in politics, especially in the case of Tom DeLay - he showed so much promise as an insect exterminator.

ya i think they hate me and im a catholic who attends mass weekly. What do they want for me to attend mass hourly. I guess i have to go out on the streets and tell people they are going to hell according to them.
