I was at a garage sale and saw the Fer-in-sol drops by Enfamil. I use Similac so I dont know what they are. I am just wondering what Fer-in-sol drops are.

They are an iron supplement.

Fer = Ferrous (iron)
Fer-In-Sol - "Iron in solution"

Be sure to read all warnings, etc. USE CAUTION!
(Don't think that I would buy these at a garage sale!) :)

Just infant iron drops. Had to use them along with polyvisol (vitamins) with my first daughter. Enfamil is just the maker

Iron supplement. Not something you would give your infant without your doctor's consent and recommendation. Here is a description of what it is used for:

Indications:
Dosage forms are appropriate to provide supplementary iron needs for infants and children. Infants who may especially require supplemental iron include infants of anemic mothers,1,2 low-birth-weight infants,1,3,5 and infants of mothers with poorly controlled diabetes.
