yea,it does because everything in capitals is interpreted as shouting.its an attention getting thing.

No, it really doesn't bother me--sometimes they type in all capitals (spelled with an a, as o denotes a governmental office), because it is easier than having to push shift when needed--just faster if in a hurry. I know, lazy, but it happens. (Just like hitting
spell check).

It doesn't bother me at all! Everyone can express what he wants in his own way, which says much about his character. If I don't like it, i just ignore it!
