I would say Purdue is best, with Indiana University coming in second, but that may vary, depending on what you are studying.

Define "best."
Most academically rigorous?
Most selective when it comes to admissions?
Most prestigious?
Having the most professionally respected faculty?
Most expensive?
You might get a different answer for each question.
What it comes down to isn't a clear best but which is best for you. Is there a reason to limit yourself to Indiana, or could a college in a neighboring state also be a possibility? Private colleges don't change their tuition depending on in-state or out-of-state.
