What is the best covert spy camera,prefferably with a recoder?

Hi everybody.Have a nice weekend.
I would like to tape one person , who has been cheating on the customers for a long time.
Could anybody give me an advice regarding the purchasing of a covert hidden(spy) camera,prefferably with a recorder?

Wal-Mart has several both in color and black and white for less then $150.00. with and without recorders, you can use your T.V. or PC monitor.
