If they hurt they aren't in correctly. Take them out and try again.

No, tampons shouldn't hurt. Make sure your muscles are super relaxed when inserting your tampon, otherwise it will probably hurt a little bit. If it hurts after you put it in, then it is not in far enough and is probably rubbing against the outermost part of your vagina. Also...if your flow is really light it can hurt a little to remove them. Good luck!

If they hurt when you are putting them in, it is possible that you are pushing against your hymen, causing some pain. To alleviate this, you can try stretching out the opening in your hymen. This is best done while you are very relaxed, probably in a warm bath. Insert one finger gently into the opening of your vagina, then gently run it around in a circle, stretching out the opening. Don't force it to the point of pain. Do this daily for one full cycle, and you may find that your pain with tampons has decreased or disappeared entirely.

Make sure you are putting them in far enough, otherwise they can be close to the bottom of your vagina and be uncomfortable when you move.

Also, make sure you always use the lowest absorbency you need for that point in your period.

it somewhat is frequently uncomfortable for me to do away with a tampon additionally. i think of that is because of the fact the tampon absorbs all moisture and not in basic terms menstral fluid. purely attempt to stay comfortable and pull it out slowly, that would desire to help.

It sounds like you haven't inserted them deeply enough, if they're not inserted correctly, they can hurt, also, if you're on a light day and it's a little dry, pulling them out and inserting them causes discomfort.

Tampons take practice, if you feel them then you didn't insert it far enough, if you feel uncomfortable removing it, you didn't leave it in long enough to absorb enough fluid....just relax and take your time....practice makes perfect.
