My friends is participating in Stanford Online High School, is there a better chance that she will be accepted there for college? And will she graduate young from high school?

**Forgot to mention. She is doing regular high school, and online.

Having looked at the Stanford Online High School requirements, the fact is that if she is eligible to do this program, which is only for gifted youth, she would have been more likely than others to be admitted anyway. I don't think that going through this program will increase her chances of being admitted over that of a student in a good high school program elsewhere. It is basically a program for people who are either so bright that they are severely underchallenged at their current high school, or who live in remote areas with poor schools, or who are home-schooled but achieving at a level the parents may not be able to keep up with. It is a three-year program, and you start it at the sophomore year of high school, so it shouldn't cause her to graduate earlier from high school (unless she had already skipped grades before).

i agree with nineaf.. id say she has a better chance in getting in, but not 100%. as with ALL of those programs, respectively. they have certain loopholes..
