will be P.Hd be a better option or any other course after masters degree in chemistry??

i am really puzzled..... will doctoral degree be better or any other course... as i m in the final year of masters degree on organic chemistry.... will the doctoral degree have more value than the masters... or is there any other course related to the same..... plz help me out......

Nope. Go right into the workforce.
If you can read, write, and speak English well, and it looks like you can, and you have a Master's degree in organic chemistry......the world is your oyster. You are VERY employable in the business/industrial world, and even more so if you can speak a foreign language as well.
The only advantage to getting a Ph.D. at this time is if you have a desire to be a college professor and teach and do research.
If you intend to go into industry/business, go now. They will probably want you to get a Ph.D., but they'll probably pay for the whole thing. :) That's niiiiiiiice.
I went to college with a guy that's in your position and he did just that. He's living the good life, and he has been since college. You've got life by the ***, play it for all it's worth....
You just don't have any "bad" options here. The only options you have are good ones.

Assuming you went this far wanting to become a chemist, I believe that a Ph.D. is your only option following the master's degree, and yes, it has considerably more value than the master's degree (the hard sciences are driven by Ph.D. scientists). If, on the other hand, you still are not sold on becoming a chemist, I assume you could do some other sort of degree, like a professional school (medicine, MBA, etc.) at this point.

Do in spite of you will be able to desire to do to get your training. as quickly as this is accomplished, no rely how long it takes, each and every thing else will preserve itself. training will replace your existence, even those ineffective gen ed training. have faith me, i've got finished it.
