Never heard of them. Here are some things to watch out for:
1) If they have a generic email address (Yahoo!,Gmail, Hotmail, etc.), they are a scammer.
2) If they contacted you through this or any other message board, they are a scammer.
3) If they want and sort of payment upfront to do the loan, they are a scammer

Be careful. I think this one is a scam. I received a message from them today and I emailed them and asked for their web site address. The response back was "sorry, it is under construction." I emailed again and said, "okay, what is your website address. I will check it later when it is not under construction." So far I have not heard back. All I see are warnings about this company.
Do not provide your social security number or send them money. No lender will ask you to wire transfer or western union them money if they were reputable.
I hope you have not done it yet!

I wouldn't deal with any company outside of the United States. Why not check out Prosper.com? They are based in California.
