True love just happens but it is because the seed of true love is planted in the heart and one has the ability to love. True is love is rare.

Love is not a logical thing. It's often irrational. And it's something that can grow slowly from within, or hit you like a thunderbolt. Therefore love is not something you can schedule or plan.

However, receiving love when you least expect it can be as thrilling as a rollercoaster ride.

I had resigned myself to a single life. At 29, I'd had no serious girlfriends, had never been a player either, but as I was an introvert and not one for going out and socialising I had given up on finding that special person. I was resigned to a humdrum single life.

Then I met the love of my life online. We clicked straight away. And when I called her a few days later, we REALLY clicked. I spent about 6 hours on the phone with her that day.

We've now been together for 7 years and are engaged to be married. Unexpected love is great! :)

Yes and Yes. You can plan love for someone else, by subtly putting them into casual contact with someone who you think might be just right for them (matchmaking), then hoping for the best. Other than that planning love does not work. The best kind of love is so much more than what you would expect.
Remy, I don't think that really works. Physical attraction can be based on hate or extreme loathing, but it has nothing to do with love.

well if you mean:
you expect to have a boyfriend in the future it's very possible. But the unexpected things can be the most wonderful.

You can't. It's already planned I believe.

I'm a Christian and I believe that God creates a soul mate for each soul He creates. He doesn't want us to be alone. So no I don't think YOU can plan it.

I prayed for my future husband WAY before I met him. We are 8yrs apart. lol We met when I was just 18 and wasn't even looking for love.

My parents were moving and I thought I'd just date for fun then leave the state. No way I could get hurt right? WRONG! I fell in love. We had 2 weeks to plan our wedding then my parents moved! I was only 18 & he was 26. We've been married 13yrs now and 3 kids. ; )

I'd suggest praying for the guy God has for you. Pray for him to be happy and safe. Pray for him t meet you. Pray he'll be happy.

You'll meet your guy. My poor sister waited YEARS! She just got married at 29 a few weeks ago to her first REAL boyfriend. ; ) I think it's great to get married and never had a broke heart since you didn't give it away.

Hugs

Alot of my friends say that the best kind of love comes from previosly hating tht person. Really, im not kidding. One of them used to fight all the time with her current husband b4 they got 2gether. They HATED each other. But eventualy, the guy fell in love with her, and wouldn't leave her alone. All that flare in anger had turned into a passionate love.
When life hits you on the head its time to wake up....

You cant plan or force love.lasting love blindsides you. If you try to plan it then your just organizing an event that will eventually get old. That is why the fair comes only once a year.

For those of us that truly believe in the holy trinity we know that Jesus has a Mr. or Miss. right all lined up. I was impatient and took it upon myself to choose a girl and of course I was wrong. So now I will just wait !
