how we can improve the election funding misuse?

now a days there is a lot misuse of funds by political issues.
it is important to stop it.
what will be alternate of it and is really posible?
only practicle answers?

Well, I'm going to get slammed for this, I usually do.

The political football season is far too long. The only way to curtail that is keep the election season short, about a month is all we need.

Then have the states hold elections where the local to the state representatives are elected.

From there, the president is elected by both houses of congress. Much like what many democratic systems do throughout the world.

Its the presidential elections that are really the problem for the long election season, thus the need for huge war chests for our representative system.

Plus, such a system would avoid getting someone in office that is not qualified to run the most powerful country in the world. AKA, Monkey Men not allowed.

Such a system may not eliminate the corporate take over and greed of our election system and representatives, but by making the season short, it would mean more of the average Joes can run for office.

I would say, make them use their own money for their campaigns.

As far as the ballots and polling stations go, my idea would be to have uniformity of all election polling stations across the nation; and do not let any outside nation design or manufacture them.

Connect them all, through some type of 'Internet' and using computer software it would be "recorded" in one central place. And by doing this, we can see the elections as they happen. Result would be no more chads and no more recounts. YAH! We'd actually know who the "real winner" is.

I keep saying this. Write your reps. They don't know how to represent you if you don't tell them. Be a nag. Never let up on them. They will either get tired of you nagging and not run again or do what the majority of naggers want. Complaining does no good unless aimed at those who CAN do something about it.

And do the impossible and appoint uncorrupt judges for the supreme court that won't rule in the favor of politicians who will do them favors
