I was thinking of buying my parents tickets to go see Spelling Bee, but I keep getting side orchestra seats on Telecharge, as I expected I would (I'm looking at tickets for a show only a week away). But, are the side orchestra, such as row F seats 102 and such still worth the money I'll pay?

Honestly, with the lay out of seats in Circle in the Square, there are no bad seats! Even though it's side orchestra, it's not your typical Broadway house layout for seats and you should have no problem catching all of the action onstage! Enjoy the show!
