Bill (Spaceman) Lee had to be the most unpredictable. At one time while having a rough outing he came out to pitch in the third inning with half of his moustach shaved off, tried that for an inning or two and then shaved off the rest. I also loved wathing Tug McGraw, a real bundle of nerves but very effective.

I'm sorry Redsox nation I'm not a big fan of your team but i love watching The Adventures of Manny out there in left field the guy is just out there picking grass like a 7 year old trying to find something better to do that play the field. Manny is the greatest he always seems surprised when the ball is hit to him.

In his prime, Mitch Williams. He threw so hard -- full-body pitching -- that he'd end up falling toward third base half the time. Claimed he pitched "like my hair is on fire".

Al Hrabosky, just for the "mad Hungarian" antics. Had to be seen to be believed. He'd stand at the very back of the mound circle, apparently muttering to himself, SLAM the ball into his glove, turn and stomp up the hill, stamp the rubber, glare in at the batter like he was about to denounce him with righteous European zeal in the name of The People, and finally, pitch the ball. And he'd do this for each and every batter.

@Chris: Jose Reyes? Please.... Sure the guy is good, but he's waaaaaaaaaaay overrated. All the FOX analysts try to old him to be the best leadoff man since Henderson, but Reyes isn't a good leadoff man...he's not very patient. He's a good player but not a good leadoff man.

Once upon a time, the most entertaining player was Scott Rolen, who could wow with his bat and his glove. But now he's struggling with the bat...
Now I'd say that Ryan Zimmerman is the best simply because of his defense (not to mention his clutch hitting). The guy can just wow you with his glove. Same with Willy Taveras, who can steal bases and run down fly balls like its nothing.

A-rod would be in the mix if Joe Torre let him steal more.

Manny Ramirez. Cheers me up just to watch him in the dugout! Albert Pujols. You ain't NEVER know what he could do.
Jose Reyes. Inside the park run home. One of the greatest things I've seen.

I guess for anyone it would be Jose Reyes.

But for me I like watching Phil Hughes and Joba Chamberlain because for me as a yankee fan they have me excited knowing they are the future of the yanks at 21.
