Spamassassin: connect tons spamd failed
Hello together,
hope you can me times again help. After a beautiful update of the packages by means of aptitude Spamassassin refuses the service. Everything ran before problem-free, Procmail passed on Mails without any errors at Spamc and these was also good examined. Now I have that here:
Code:
local host spamc[4740 ]: connect(AF_INET) tons spamd
RK 127.0.0.1 failed, retrying (# 1 OF 3): Connection refused
After something gegoogle has I mean Firewall examined, but since I do not have an incorrect access to haven 783 from local host on local host of everything certified and me also in the Logs am announced, it actually cannot be because of it.
Code:
iptables A INPUT i lo s 127.0.0.1 D 127.0.0.1 j ACCEPT of
iptables A OUTPUT o lo s 127.0.0.1 D 127.0.0.1 j ACCEPT
Now I hope for your assistance. Thanks already now.

No does not start although in the run levels (like before) is registered. Actually it thought, the error would get off that the thing does not start, but that is probably not like that. The error message comes, if a Mail is passed on, or?
Property in the Logs checked however when starting appears now again only
Code:
local host spamd[2652 ]: logger: removing
stderr method spamd[2654 ]: Error creating A DNS resolver
socket: Network is unreachable RK
/usr/share/perl5/Mail/SpamAssassin/DnsResolver.pm LINE 202.
As far as I see, he can reach also nothing in the InterNet, the ppp connection is only later manufactured. Can this be responsible for the non--starting?
Since I am not been versed with Spamassassin particularly, can I let produce either more Logs, or this error repair?

Thanks for the fast answer. It made times in such a way and a Testmail through-hunted.
Result, the Mail is checked throughly, even if there is so an error message here:
Code:
Can't LOCATE Mail/SPF/Query.pm in @INC (@INC contains:
../lib /usr/share/perl5 /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.8.7
/usr/local/share/perl/5.8.7 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.8
/usr/share/perl//5.8 /usr/local/lib/site_perl) RK
/usr/share/perl5/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/SPF.pm LINE 272, < GEN5 >
LINE 97.
What can I now make to always start except the stuff by hand?

Property now some further-tinkered, Spamassassin is called in the meantime over amavis, and/or better: It should become.
Because after a restart of the crate this "error comes again and again creating A DNS resolver socket" error from above. Amavis rejects then the Mails and Exim4 collects undeliverable Mails.
Does someone have an idea, from where this amusing error comes? Spamassassin is started over the IP-UP.D-Skripte, has thus InterNet connection. Which then with the DNS is, that is me a mystery.
Many, thank you

If one calls the Spams over Amavis new, one needs to configure with SA nix. Amavis calls SA on... What did you register in /etc/hosts and/or /etc/resolv.conf?

Hello,
thus in /etc/resolv.conf my DNS server and afterwards the two DNS IPs of my Internetproviders stand. The DNS runs also, the IPs is correct, the computer can addresses correctly dissolve.
However do I have an assumption, can it be that the Amavis after the Spamassassin be started must, and/or Amavis does not receive a Reload of the Spamassassin?
Alternatively, I can also switch this DN S inquiry off of the Spamassassin, for what is those actually good?
Thank you
Supplement:
Spamassassin does not need to be started over an init script? Did I understand that correctly?

No, which must run spamd process, so that amavisd SA can respond. Start times amavisd in debug mode, then you see whether amavisd SA find and/or responded...
