Yes Lebanon is safe. I have never had an issue going there, but i also have a body guard when I'm there...

Sure you can go there, thing are still hot but it is politics, it is very nice place, and the views are amazing, but the people there are little aggressive and you will feel like you are paying more for everything if you have been to Turkey or Syria.

Safer than Detroit or Chicago.. believe me ! they have no Bushes ... I was there !!! only road kamikazes, and rich dollies with poor guys !!!

i would say stay out of the middle east intirely, but that's all you, and why because terrorists target tourists!!!!! I know you shouldn't change what you want to do because of Terrorism, but I personally would never go there. Terrorists don't care about there own lives, they won't care about yours either!
