A Company should know that a Intermediate GNVQ is equivalent to 4 B's as most people know that a BTEC National Diploma is equivalent to 2 A Levels.

Don't worry, whoever is interviewing you will know what the qualifications mean, and whether they are relevant to the job.

The qualifications only tell them that you can study and learn to a particular level. They need to know this to decide how likely you are to learn the job they want you to do, but they'll be looking for a lot of other skills and talents too, so concentrate on selling yourself and don't get bogged down with exam results.

Just give them how it is, and let them ask the question. In saying this is the equivalent of you are saying it's really a second best I just was not up to the real thing. Let it stand on it's own it's good enough
