Honestly I wouldnt even think about catching something from someone I know or a stranger until after the fact. I guess because I am the type of person who act when in a crisis situation instead of runs around screaming or freezes up. I am always the one who appears calm and just seems to do what needs to be done and then falls apart and cries when it is all over with. The only thing I can compare it to was an accident that happened once and the person was thrown into my front yard, granted it was a pre-teen kid, but I held my hand over his bloody head, got the license plate # and called the cops (not at the same time obviously) and didnt fall apart till after it was all over. Then I was a mess. Would have done the same for an adult who could have been HIV +. Then I would have freaked later on about the possibility.

I don't remember how to do CPR. I wouldn't push you aside, though. I'd try to get help.
