I was arrested when I was 16. The original charge was a felony but I got it reduced to a misdemeanor through a plea agreement and it was since expunged. I don't recall ever being fingerprinted, so I think I am safe.
Fingerprint background checks can only check cases where you were fingerprinted, correct?
The job is an airline job in case you need to know.

A) You were a minor so it would not show up.
B) It was expunged so it really shouldn't show up.

The only thing that may show up, depending on how extensive the check is, is that you were charged but not convicted. Again, however you were a minor and youth records are to disapear when you come of age.

there is one specific-hearth dealbreaker whilst doing AOS: misrepresentation. the respond is confident, you particularly could desire to show this. with the aid of fact the effect is "case pushed aside" you have no longer have been given something to be worrying approximately. particularly particularly everyone can get arrested, charged, yet as long there is not any conviction or plea good purchase, it particularly is a non-situation.

Better sure you're safe, esp. since you were minor and it was expunged.

Expunged records are removed from the data base. They can't be found because they no longer exist.
