Painting is hard to answer all the questions, but depends what your trying to do with this car. Fiberglass isn't the best answer, depending on where the rust is. If its in the floorboards/trunk area, www.por15.com if its on the body you may want to try http://www.rustrepair.com/BODY_PANELS/onlinecat.htm?r=rr&p=SM-PLYMOUTH-ROADRUNNER.66 In the end you'll be happier that you did it the right way, because fiberglass can become loose, hold in moisture if theres any underneath of it, ect. as for painting the whole car, if you've got the equipment and just want a decent job http://www.duplicolor.com/products/paintshop.html For how to paint, its goign to take alot more room than I've got on here, so go buy a book, and take it a little at a time!
