Bank of America has more than one routing number. An ABA number and a routing number both refer to the SAME number. The American Bankers Association assigns routing numbers.

Why would the banker give you a wrong routing number? Go to this website and enter your state. It will give you the routing numbers for your state.

You can find the routing number on your checks also.

of you contact the bank the will tell you that the two number are the same!!!
