in my wireless laptop....netscape.and ie..works...but mozzilla cann't get accesss to internet...why....

You might have accidently deleted the components off your computer that allow mozilla to open and work properly. Also, if you have a firewall such as anti-virus or kerio personal firewall etc.. you might have to turn it off when trying to get into mozilla because sometimes the firewall thinks they are viruses in mozilla and there fore does not allow it to open. This question is being asked a lot lately. maybe there's a Firefox virus getting around. I wouldn't put it past some Microsoft worshiper. I have the opposite problem. IE doesn't work and I love it!

It may happen that the all the files regarding Mozilla has not been installed or got corrupted, unistall it and again install it,it may work

Chances are you have it confiqured wrong.
Check your accounts settings and make sure you have everything typed in correctly.
