When the story was first reported, it seemed like i was the only one who knew who he was & what he did professionally.
And when I bring it up now, people, even my age (45) and older, still say 'WHO?"
I think that's odd. I'm just curious...

I think he should be convicted of criminally negligent homicide, not outright murder. Although the prosecution hasn't rested, based on their presentation, I thought he was guilty of murder, but after the defense presentation, there's a really good chance Lana Clarkson played a part in her demise.

I agree its quite interesting---what is your opinion--did he do it?
I have mixed feeling--but in some way I do think he was responsible--even if it is only that he supplied the gun and probably egged her on to do it....

I'm in your age group. I've always thought he looks somewhat of a little mole. I do follow the trial and read all the updates. I believe he killed Clarkson and he has serious women issues. I also believe that he thinks his fame and fortune will get him off - just like O.J. That's not going to happen this time.

I am fully aware of who Phil Spector is and I know that he was charged with a shooting. What I am amazed at is that his trial is still going on. My good gosh it can't be that complicated of a situation now can it? No wonder there is so much frustration with the legal system in America.

I'm aware of who he is, I am just tired of the publicity all of these sick and twisted freaks get when they commit such a violent act on someone who didn't deserve it.
