step dad is spying on me and my mom. a few nights ago i was getting dressed and smoking a cigarette and i went toward my window(outside of my window is my roof and it is pretty big..it also connects to my mom's bedroom window)and i heard something suddenly move. that was around 3 am. i checked outside to see if my step dad's light was on in the other building(we have 2 houses and he lives in a seperate one)and it was. around 4 am i went downstairs to watch tv and he came into the house and when he saw me he said "hey katie i didnt know that you were still awake." i got kinda freaked out because he's been watching my every move while i was at home but i actually knew that he was. just last night my mom said that she heard something moving outside of her window and that she thought it might have been him. then he came over twice to our house like 2 minutes after it had happened. my friends were staying the night so we locked the doors after that because we think that he's a perv..

You say you locked the door when your friends were there.
Bu I would have a talk with your Mom about your concerns.
The door should be locked at all times, and only the two of
you should have keys. Having the lock changed would be worth it. Unless you worship the Moon, close your curtains at night. And try not to be alone with him, even if you have to leave the room. P.s put a push bar latch on the inside of Your bedroom door. You can do that yourself. They are cheap. Good Luck.

Keep your curtains closed for one thing. An make sure that there is no way you can see shadows on them when a light is shining through. If your mom and step dad aren't actually living together anymore, maybe it is time to change the locks, and think about moving.

I'd leave a note on the window along the lines of "I know you're watching and soon mom will too" or "I'm your STEPDAUGHTER!". Something like that.
It should freak him out and make him stop. He can't tell you he saw the notes either because then he'd be copping to being a perv and spying on you.

You shouldn't smoke hun! Ok, now that I got that off my chest, I would suggest that you take care of yourself! Be on alert, don't ever let your guard down! For God's sake, shut the window and draw the curtains when you are changing and always, always securely lock the door, especially when you are sleeping and changing your clothes! If he makes any advances, sternly tell him off, tell your mom and call the cops! Remember, you are responsible for your own safety! So take care of yourself!

Even your father is a pevert,you should get a curtain and close it. Try not to smoke to give him reason to enter your room in the night and smoking is bad ok? It kinda of hard to understand but one day when you are embraced by the death. You may regret for life just like my friend due to lung cancer. =(

that really does sound kinda creepy. talk to your mom about getting some full length curtains, and have them closed when your getting dressed and undressing. also, don't go onto the roof as much. then ask your mom if she thinks someone is watching her, and if she does, then you BOTH should confront your step dad together.

Before you report him to anyone in case your planning to report him to someone, just make it sure that what you are thinking about him is really true. At least make sure you have evidences that will support your claim. Just always watch your back, be careful, get prepared in case he does something more than what you think he is doing already.

Invest in curtains, and tell your mother. If he keeps it up, get as many friends (and possibly the police) with you and face up to him. He has to learn that what he's doing is wrong; people who pull stunts like these have control issues, and that is not a good thing at all. Good luck.

try to close the curtains if you have any cuz i have really big windows next to the sidewalk in my house so i close the curtains everytime i get dressed at night
