How can I sell an invention?

I am an inventor who holds a few patents and I've spent lots of time working on a new type of solar panel but I have no idea how to take it to market. I have a provisional patent. Can I sell my rights to my invention? Are there any places that will sell my idea/patent for me? I want to make money from my invention by selling or licensing it.

Have you tried contacting the local Small Business Development Center?
