I feel that the college players show real heart whereas the pros tend to stray towards the money and loose the whole reason they r doing what they r doing. I like to watch college sports also. The only pro sport i watch anymore is football. I have lost a ton of respect for pro sports over the years. College i like the same big three, baseball, football, and basketball.

I think I speak for most college fans when I say that there is still a lot of passion for the games the athletes play. When you get to the pro's you've accomplished everything, and it turns more into a business than competition. These college athletes have everything to prove and lose at the same time. While watching college sports, you get the feeling that every athlete is playing heart out and leaving everything on the court/field.

I prefer college basketball , and I enjoy college football for there atmosphere and and team spirited crowd involvment. As for college baseball it's just another game on t.v. As far as the big show, I enjoy watching pro sports alot! The only bad part is the money. I know everyone needs to make a paycheck to support there family, but let's be real it is way out of hand. If I don't show up for work I don't get paid for that day. Some of these guys don't show up for half the season and they still make hundreds of thousands if not millions. If we get hurt at work we are lucky to get our bills paid and a little pocket change, let alone a half a million dollar check. Oh! and lets try holding out on our employers until they give us what we want and see what happens!!

College by far......
Last fall, I saw the Texas A&M / Army football game in San Antonio. The tradition of those two programs combined with the "love for the game" attitiude of the players made for an experienced unrivaled by the pro's.
There's a lot to be said for a bunch of guys that play for free. The only tradition I see in the pro's is a dedication to the green backs.

YES without a doubt. These young men or at least 95% of them are playing for love of the game. They aren't going to the next level and play like every game is thier last.
Much more exciting to watch football on a Saturday than those over payed cry babies on Sundays.

I think it depends on the kind of person you are. It also depends on the sport. I like soccer and I like to go to collage games but I like to watch pro baseball. Some people like both pro and college.

I love to watch the NFL and MLB on TV. College analysts and production seem second rate to these two.
However. . .
If given a choice to go see a NFL game or a NCAA game, I would pick a NCAA game every time! Nothing beats the college atmosphere.

Absolutely! College sports are more fun to watch because the athletes are playing as hard as they can so they can get to the Pros. Once your a pro, who cares! as long as you get your paycheck. lol
