If you like animation try Angel Wars or for little kids Veggie Tales.
The C.S. Lewis series starting with the Lion the Witch and Wardrobe all have Christian Symbolism next movie is due out next spring I think.

I'm not exactly clear about what kind of movie you're asking about, but "Dogma" is incredibly funny and has a lot of little quirky jabs at the religion, but in a funny way - not a cruel one.
