Seattle is a big football city and they should have plenty of places to watch a game. I would start calling bar or check the yellow pages and find the one you like.

It will be a rare bar, outside of Cleveland, that shows Browns games.

If you can't find a place showing the game. Find a brew pub with wi-fi and take a laptop. Try http://www.freefootballradio.com/ you may have some luck there.
