Ca internet firewall issues?

Question

I cannot view any videos on youtube or mlgpro gaming. I am thinking this has something ot do with my firewall, because I had problems with it blocking several applications in the past. Also, there should be a "turn off personal firewall" option in the firewall menu, but it is not there. I have the same the installed on my mom's laptop and the option shows up there, but not on my laptop. BTW I am using IE7

could ie have blocked it?u can still gey sygate firewall 4 free even tho its bin taken over by symantic
