Yes, Manson is still alive and evil and the taxpayers are keeping him fed, clothed, kept warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Unfortunately his victims weren't so lucky. If ever there was a case for capital punishment Manson was it. If you haven't read "Helter Skelter" please do. What a sick puppy this man is!
