together....i am not allowed to greet or talk to any man....if I was still beautiful and had a figure to die for maybe I could understand his state of mind. no matter what i say it only result in a argument. we are both in out forties...i dearly love him...but this un-called jealousy is killing me slowly but surely!

He knows what other men are thinking, hon. Trust him. Also..think, that if you do not want to work there .... and you don't want him hiring another girl to take your place? Come on. He loves you.
I mean come on...he probably listens to the other guys talking to their wives in one phone conversation after another telling them they love them so much.. and then as the men talk together without wives..the conversation probably changes to the kind your husband finds disturbing because he knows they might look at you that way.
Hah! if anything this doesn't seem overly controlling to me, but that your husband understands other men very very well. Love him, baby. He loves you.
Find ways to get out a couple of days a month.. lets say with one of your kids or your sister or go visit your mom or his mom.. Just stay out of trouble, ok?

Not sure what the question is...Sounds like you want to vent...and rightly so....your husband is controlling...You aren't ALLOWED to great or talk to any man that may come into your construction business? That is ridiculous!
