CH2OCORCH(OCOR)CH2OCOR + 3NaOH
-----> CH2OHCH(OH)CH2OH + 3RCOONa

Now all you have to do is to substitute the actual formula for stearic acid where I have put R, and you have the answer.

RCOONa is soap.
