Asides from dead baby jokes,and other jokes intended for the stoned, yes.

Most comedians do better with their jokes when they relate to the audience or they deal with something the average person has noticed or ever thought about.

I find that most jokes these days are put downs of someone else, or a culture, ethnicity, or whatever, like those sit-coms. All they do on them is disrespect their parents & the parents don't do anything about it. What is considered humor these days is really pathetic, except for the odd exception.
