It is generally NOT a good idea to buy into US Companies ... you are NOT covered by FSA and the chances are you are being ripped off ...

Is this some sort of Time share ??? If so, go to Time-share Exchange (& get it half price from some one else who's already been ripped off and is desperate to get out ..)
