Looking for some suggestions to help me deal with a dry cough.

I have no idea what i should be looking for. Would like to stay around 100-200 dollars if possible.

apt is less than 1600 sq ft

not a doc, but sounds like its toooo dry, try running the shower while your in the shower room, and see if that stops your cough, if so you need a Humidifer, puts moister back into the air, not take it out,

First try a Filtrete furnace/AC (HVAC) filter. They can be purchased at Lowes or Home Depot. This is probably the cheapest as these range from 10 to 20 dollars each. They are even endorsed by the American Lung association. Change them once a month and you should be good to go.

Oreck is the best from what I have heard. But they are also priced as such. Oreck does have the reputation for being worthy of their big price.
