Is it possible to sue yourself?

You cant blame anyone but yourself. Just because there are fast food companies around the place, doesnt mean they force you to walk into their 'restaurant', order the food and hand in the cash... its purely your choice that you've chosen to eat there. and just because a person is obese doesnt mean that its due to fast food. They could be eating extremely healthy foods but it too large quantities. Plus a lack of exercise doesnt exactly help either. But in saying that, im not defending the fast food industry either. Most of its foods are extremely unhealthy. People should be aware of the health dangers they are putting themselves into by overeating. YOu cant blame anyone but yourself for being over indulgent, and perhaps lazy too!

Lets see....you could sue McDonalds OR better yet, sue the person responsible for taking you to McDonalds that very first time. They started you on a path to destruction so they must be held accountable, since it couldn't be your own fault.

'The fast food companies must be held to account'...really? I mean, sure their marketing techniques leave a lot to be desired, but I think that's more in terms of making junk food look attractive to children, who don't know any better, not adults! Surely they don't hold that much power over people? I'm 16 and I admit I like my choccie but all in moderation! People essentially have control over themselves, it sounds simple but it's true: no one's forcing you to overeat.

Unless they tied you to a chair a force fed you, the only one you should be able to sue is yourself. We really need to learn self responsibility and stop trying to find someone else to blame for our own choices in life.

Sue yourself.
Donate the court award to aids treatment in Africa.
No way should you be able to get rich off yourself just because you eat too much.

You can only sue yourself. Your decisions led to you being a lard-****. You decided to eat ****. You decided not to exercise.
Take some personal responsability. Live by your mistakes and go for a run!!!

Sad part is that its a growing epidemic, have you tried looking into local support groups?

Take responsibility for your own condition. Do something about it and stop trying to apportion blame elsewhere. You must be a disciple of the compensation culture.
